About the BOC Edwards Active Gauge Controller

The Active Gauge Controller is an instrument that is used to power and measure vacuumgauges. If you want to measure vacuum pressure with high accuracy, each stage may require their own type of vacuum gauge. Customers that use the AGC are factories that perform in house calibrations on their absolute pressure gauges. These gauges with ranges of  0..10 mbara can be found in their in their distillation columns.

‍Measure units‍

The AGC is used to automate read out of 1 or more vacuum gauges and can be part of a large system to control vacuum pressure in a setup. Within AutoCal+ (vacuum) pressure can be measured and managed by the BOC Edwards Active Gauge Controller.

Automatic calibrations

When used in combination with AutoCal+ the AGC can be used as a reference instrument or calibrator to calibrate vacuum gauges. AutoCal+ will receive the measurement data directly from the AGC.
